You’re constantly being pulled in a dozen directions and there’s not enough of you to go around. You’re exhausted by 8pm and know that tomorrow will bring more of the same
ups and downs of family life.

You wouldn’t have it any other way – you LOVE it – but you’re tired and probably
not taking the greatest care of yourself.

I get it.

Because when you’re parenting far from home, making time for yourself is harder than ever.

Yet in those moments of overwhelm, taking care of YOU needs to be the first item on your list.

I know because I’ve been there.

That’s why I’m building a community for you and other mamas who are parenting far from home. A place where you can take a few breaths and connect with mums just like you who understand exactly where you are.

Think of it as the international mama’s recipe for PAUSE:
One part
yoga
+
One part
conversation
+
Two parts
community
=
Happier,
healthier,
supported mamas
Everybody wins!
I’m Anne Ferguson,

and I create spaces around Geneva and beyond for mums
to pause, recentre, connect and reflect.

To remember and recognise your inner knowing, your Grace.

And to foster community, right where you live.

One conversation at a time, so you know someone’s always got your back.

You don’t have to be a great yogi or even have practised before. All you need is an open heart, an open mind, and your beautiful self.

Not in Geneva? No worries. Click here to join the PauseYoga community from anywhere in the world. We’re building a virtual community to embrace mamas with this global PauseYoga hug, and we’d love to have you join us.
Are you a mama parenting far from “home”? I’ve created something just for you! Head over to The Centered Mama Project to find out more and join our growing community of mums around the world.
